What is the RPL Wizard?

Developed following extensive consultation with RTO assessors and industry experts, RPL Central’s RPL Wizard® is the ultimate tool for enabling you to gain the qualifications that your skills and experience have equipped you for.

Having matched your skills and experience to relevant qualification utilising RPL Central’s SkillSearch™ tool, the sophisticated patented RPL Wizard® manages the process of providing the evidence that you need to meet the criteria for your qualification. It is also the tool that you will use to liaise with your assessors whilst you are going through the process of providing evidence and getting your formal qualification.

The RPL Wizard® is a web-based human-assisted program. It has analysed the syllabus and requirements for almost 2000 qualifications, and these have been turned into a ‘user-friendly’ catalogue of the evidence that you will need to provide to get your qualification. The RPL Wizard® has taken a phenomenal amount of time and effort to create and is the ‘heart’ of the RPL Central® operation: it really does make the whole RPL process understandable, manageable and easy for clients to use.

Once you have gathered your evidence, industry assessors are then able to access your details through the RPL Wizard®. The information is available in a ‘user-friendly’ generic format that enables assessors to easily see your skills and experience and to begin the process of assessing whether you have met the individual criteria of a particular qualification. The RPL Wizard® is only available through RPL Central® and its partners.

Enough said....let's take a look at the RPL Wizard® in action! Suppose you were matched to the TAA40104 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. After registering, and uploading basic ID and CV details, you are prompted to choose which 'flavour' of TAA40104 RPL you require. If you already have 'BSZ40198' as a Certificate, your questions are further customised and reduced, making the job of RPL more streamlined and easier for the skilled worker. The RPL Wizard® is available for almost 2000 Qualifications in Australia. Now is the best time to get recognised! All you have to do is answer the questions and upload your evidence. We do the rest, including organising your Industry Assessor to interview you and obtaining your Nationally Accredited Qualification via one of our partner RTO's or TAFE's.

Easily categorise and upload all your evidence into one convenient place. You can then associate any of this evidence with any question inside the wizard. It is not only relevant for one Qualification, you can use the Evidence Centre as your online secure storage repository for your skills and experience.

Once you have selected your preferred Wizard template, you are then able to progress through the questions allocated to each unit at your leisure. The questions are numbered simply and easily. You just make your way through each unit and answer the questions by either typing text, or uploading evidence to your 'Evidence Centre'.
