 SkillsGap' Challenge Assessments

RPL Central® can identify for you what skills and knowledge you have, that can be given RPL relevant to a national qualification and also identify the competencies you still need to learn. These competencies that you still need to learn make up your "gap training" needed before RPL Central® can organise the issuance of your national qualification. If in the case, you have satisfied some but not all requirements of a particular qualification, you will be given the opportunity to further prove your competence by completing a "Challenge Assessment" set by your assessor.

RPL Central® offers the opportunity to be flexible with Training, by assisting the student gain "Skills Gap Training" should there be any major gaps. There is no risk to the student, and the process of Assessment is very easy.

RPL Central® can also offer "Existing Workers" the opportunity of "Existing Worker - Traineeships", granting RPL and offering skills gap training for competencies to complete their specific industry qualification - on the job training.
