Licensing for Online RPL

RPL Central Pty. Ltd own the patent rights to online RPL for the whole of Australia (Patent #: 2009100601). The patent has been certified by IP Australia and is enforceable. Any company wishing to provide an upload facility requesting information pertaining to a Nationally Accredited Unit of Competency or training programme may need to acquire a license from RPL Central®, and use the RPL Wizard®, if the service falls within the scope of the patent claims.

The future of online RPL is exciting and promotes a significant enhancement to current recognition practices. It truly is an innovation, and providers are invited to express their interest with our licensing department.

Licensing is offered to Registered Training Organisations and TAFE institutes all across Australia. Qualifications and Units are licensed according to their popularity and geographic location. Pricing for licensing is offered under confidentiality agreement with individual providers.
