How does RPL Wizard® work?

RPL Central® is an online, self-directed, web based and human assisted application service. RPL Central® have taken the hassle out of using evidence of prior life experiences to meet the criteria for a formal qualification.

The RPL Wizard® has been developed following consultation with people actually involved in the RPL process, and we have developed a program that is incredibly easy to use for both our customers and industry assessors.

RPL Central’s system holds the details of almost 2000 AQF certified qualifications. Having self-assessed your skills and experiences using our SkillSearch™ tool and found the right courses for you, the RPL Wizard® then guides you through the process of gathering the evidence that you require.

Once you’ve gathered your evidence using the RPL Wizard® then, you take this online E-Portfolio and give it to an RTO or TAFE of your choice, and ask them to assess it for you. They will charge you a fee for this service, however because our system makes RPL faster and easier, the fee is sometimes a lot less than their normal RPL fee.

In essence, the RPL Wizard® is an incredibly complex computer system that is populated with in depth ‘user-friendly’ information about the criteria for the almost 2000 AQF certified qualifications currently available in Australia.
