 How does it work?

RPL Central's proprietary software enables users to find courses to match their skills. For example, a user may have experience of working in a beauty salon over a two year period. They may key in search terms to match their skills - maybe 'beauty', or 'skin exfoliation'. The SkillSearch tool would then use these terms to find relevant National Qualifications and would recommend qualifications that the client may be eligible for.

With the data entered into RPL Central's Wizard, the user will be able to view their qualifications from what is referred to as an RPL perspective; one that can then be assessed by an industry (RTO) assessor.

Our affiliate RTOs are then able to assess the clients and to work alongside them to allow them to secure their qualification. The industry assessor conducts an interview with the client and examines their evidence. Once an assessment is done they may find that the client meets the criteria for a qualification or that they require further evidence or decide that the client should complete a 'SkillsGap' assessment.
 
Once the client is registered with RPL Central® they will work with their RTO assessor to attain the National Qualification that their prior life experience contributes to.
